I earned my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in 2021, followed by my Occupational Therapy Assistant's degree in 2023. As a COTA, I'm dedicated to creating an enjoyable learning atmosphere where children can enthusiastically tackle challenging activities, boosting their confidence along the way. The highlight of my role is witnessing the joy and excitement in a child's eyes when they achieve a new goal. I'm particularly passionate about sensory integration and self-regulation- you will frequently find me hanging out in the messy room! Committed to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion, I am dedicated to advocating for equal access to top-notch services and providing essential support where it's most needed.
When I am not wearing my OT hat, you can find me snuggling up with my fur babies (Sophie and Toby), crocheting, volunteering at the Fredericksburg Food Bank, and exploring new cities/states/countries!
