COVID-19 - Mask Policy

Not only am I a COTA here at Helping Hands, but I am also a licensed Massage Therapist. Growing up, I played softball until my junior year of college where I then graduated with my Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. My husband and I have been married for almost 11 years and have 3 kids together ages 9, 6, and 2. Some of my favorite things are Disney, nachos, coffee, and Christmas! When I’m not working you can find me exercising, browsing Amazon, running my kids around to their activities, or hanging outside when the weather is nice! 

I love being in Occupational Therapy and working with kids because every day is different. I enjoy helping children learn and grow through play so they can enjoy life while also promoting independence. Please forgive me if I get a bit teary-eyed when you tell me the amazing things your child is doing now! Through this profession, I have learned a lot about myself and have become a better parent because of it. My favorite equipment is swings, scooter boards, and bungees. I enjoy trying to find new, different, and exciting ways to do things and I also love getting messy and dirty (within reason)!
